“Was it you or I who stumbled first? It does not matter.

The one of us who finds the strength to get up first, must help the other.”
― Vera Nazarian

As mentioned in previous posts, it is important to be able to recognize the strengths of others. Taking this a step further, it is even more important to foster the strengths of others. To build them up.

Aside from the Hampton workshops, I also saw this during the projects I did with my fellow Leadership Consultants and just interacting together overall. When facilitating together, we often relied on one another in areas where we did not feel our strongest. If one did not feel comfortable explaining instructions, another one of us was there to do it and share a tip for the next time. When aiding each other, we never criticized or discouraged one another. That made us a strong and effective team, no matter the obstacle.
